JEMPUT-JEMPUT NASI-ROTI / RICE-BREAD FRITTERS

Rice-Bread Fritters

Ingredients

3 cups cooked rice
3 slices of sandwiches bread
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 large onion - cut into cubes
2 potatoes (medium size - cut into cubes)
1 red chili - cut
50 gm anchovies ready peeled
1 egg
Bean sprouts
Parsley
Spring onions
Salt
Sugar
Cooking oil

Methods
  1. Blend rice and bread with a little water.
  2. Add flour in a mixing bowl and add the onion, potatoes, red chilies, coriander, spring onion and lastly rice and bread mixture.
  3. Add salt, sugar, an egg, anchovies and bean sprouts. Mix it well.
  4. Pour cooking oil into wok. Heat a wok for frying.
  5. Use a spoon or hand to pick up dough for frying.
  6. When crisp lift it and serve with sauce.
Jemput-jemput Nasi-Roti


Bahan-bahan

3 cawan nasi
3 keping roti sandwich
2 cawan tepong gandum
1 biji bawang besar – potong kiub
2 biji kentang – potong kiub
1 cili merah – potong kecil
50 gm bilis siap dikopek
1 biji telur 
Taugeh
Daun sup 
Daun bawang
Garam
Gula
Minyak masak

Langkah-langkah
  1. Kisar nasi dan roti dengan sedikit air.
  2. Masukkan tepung gandum dalam bekas dan campurkan dengan, bawang, kentang, cili merah, daun sup, daun bawang dan masukan campuran nasi dan roti yang dikisar. 
  3. Masukkan garam, gula, telur, ikan bilis dan taugeh. Gaul sehingga sebati.
  4. Panaskan kuali untuk menggoreng.
  5. Gunakan sudu untuk menjemput adunan untuk digoreng. (Guna jemput dengan tangan pun boleh).
  6. Selepas garing angkat dan hidangkan bersama sos.
