PETUA MELEMBUT DAGING /HOW TO TENDERIZE MEAT

Daging jika tidak masak sepenuhnya akan menjadi liat. Untuk melembutkan daging semasa memasak pelbagai kaedah digunakan. Di sini ingin dicadangkan untuk menggunakan sudu keluli (metal spoon). Caranya masukkan sudu ke dalam periuk memasak daging tersebut. Biarkan seketika di dalam periuk sambil memasak. Haba dari sudu tersebut akan membantu melembutkan daging tersebut. Selamat mencuba.

How To Tenderize Meat :

If not well cooked meat will become tough. To soften meat for cooking a variety of methods used. Suggested here by using steel spoon (metal spoon). Insert a spoon into the pot to cook the meat. Let it be in the pan while cooking. The heat from the spoon will help soften the meat. Good luck.
