FATT CHOY UDANG BERSOS TIRAM / PRAWN FATT CHOY IN OYSTER SAUCE

Fatt Choy in oyster sauces

Ingredients

3 clumps of Fatt Choy (about 300 gm)
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 large onion - (½ ground, ½ diced)
2 cloves garlic - ground
5 mm ginger - ground
50 gm anchovies - rough ground
1 stick of red chilies - cut diagonally
1 tablespoon corn flour mix with water for a paste
Fried onions - for garnish
Water
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil

Methods
  1. Scald vegetables into boiling water for 3-5 minutes. After flagging, arrange it in container.
  2. Stir-fry ground ingredients until fragrant.
  3. Put the oyster sauce and stir. Throw the red chili. Pour water.
  4. For flavor add the sugar and salt to taste. 
  5. Add corn flour paste to thicken the sauce.
  6. After the sauce boil, pour over vegetables arranged in a container.
  7. Garnish it with fried onions and served with rice.
Fatt Choy Bersos Tiram

Bahan-bahan

3 rumpun sayur Fatt Choy (lebih kurang 300 gm)
3 sudu besar sos tiram
1 biji bawang besar – ( ½ dikisar, ½ dipotong dadu)
2 ulas bawang putih - dikisar
5 mm halia – dikisar
50 gm ikan bilis – dikisar kasar
1 batang cili merah – dipotong menyerong
1 sudu besar tepung jagung dicampur air menjadi pesBawang goreng – untuk hiasan
Air
Garam
Gula
Minyak zaiton

Langkah-langkah
  1. Celurkan sayur kedalam air panas selama 3-5 minit. Selepas layu susun dalam bekas.
  2. Tumiskan bahan-bahan dikisar sehingga naik bau.
  3. Masukkan sos tiram dan kacau. Masukkan cili merah. Masukkan sedikit air.
  4. Sebagai perisa masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa.  
  5. Masukkan pes tepung jagung untuk memakatkan kuah.
  6. Selepas kuah mendidih, tuangkan ke atas sayur yang tersusun dalam bekas.
  7. Taburkan bawang goring dan dihidangkan bersama nasi.
