3 packets oreo biscuit – finely crushed
250 gm cream cheese – room temperature
Zest of 1 orange
3 tbs fresh orange juice
250 gm compound chocolate
Orange chocolate sprinkles
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Cover and chill for 1 hour until mixture is easy to handle.
3. Then shape into one inch balls.
4. Store in the fridge for another one hour.
5. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
6. Dip truffle into melted chocolate.
7. Decorate with orange chocolate sprinkles.
