NASI GORENG ANEKA / ANEKA FRIED RICE



Aneka Fried Rice

Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
1 onion *
2 cloves garlic *
2 green chilies *
5 bird’s eye chilies *
100 gm dried shrimps *
* Materials pounded / blended coarsely
2 tbsp blended chilies
8 medium prawns
100 gm of meat - cut thin
100 gm chicken – cut into cube
3 lines long beans - cut small
Lettuce leaves - for garnishing
Tomatoes - for garnishing
Red chilies - for garnishing
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil
Water

Methods

  1. Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry pounded/blended ingredients until fragrant. 
  2. Put chili paste and let it fully cook. 
  3. Put meat and chicken and stir until cooked. Put shrimp and allow to cook 
  4. After everything has cooked, add rice to the mixture and stir until all well mixed. Put cut long bean and stir well. 
  5. Sprinkle salt and sugar to taste
  6. Ready to serve with garnishing.

Nasi Goreng Aneka

Bahan-bahan

3 cawan nasi
1 ulas bawang besar *
2 ulas bawang putih *
2 biji cili hijau *
5 biji cili padi *
100 gm udang kering *
* Bahan ditumbuk/dikisar kasar
2 sudu besar cili kisar
8 ekor udang sederhana
100 gm daging - dipotong nipis
100 gm isi ayam - dipoton kiub
3 jalur kacang panjang – dipotong kecil
Daun salad – untuk hiasan
Tomato – untuk hiasan
Cili merah – untuk hiasan
Garam
Gula
Minyak zaiton
Air

Langkah-langkah
  1. Panas minyak dalam kuali. Tumiskan bahan-bahan yang dikisar kasar sehingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan cili kisar dan biarkan sehingga garing.
  3. Masukkan daging dan isi ayam, kacau hingga masak. Masukkan udang dan biarkan sehingga masak.
  4. Setelah semuanya telah masak masukkan nasi dan kacau sehingga rata. Setelah sebati masukkan kacang panjang yang dipotong kecil, dan kacau.
  5. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
  6. Apabila semuanya telah sebati, siap untuk dihidang dan dibahan hiasan.
