Salted Fish-Black Pepper Porridge
Ingredients
1 cup rice
1 salted egg
1 slice of salted fish (about 3 inches)
1 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
2 tablespoon dried shrimps
1 onion
4 long beans - cut small
100 gm anchovies
water

2 cloves garlic, ground

10 cm ginger ground
10 dried chilies ground

Bubur Nasi Ikan Masin-Lada HitamIngredients
1 cup rice
1 salted egg

Methods
Porridge
- Rice washed and cooked in 1:4 ratio (rice:water)
- After boiling, allowed the rice to expand and became more liquid.
- Heat the wok and pour olive oil.
- Stir-fry ground ingredients until fragrant.
- Add salt, sugar, tamarind and some water. Stir until well mixed.
- Leave the mixture to cool. Ready to serve.
- Boil salted egg. Cut to 4 section.
- Cut long bean into chunky.
- Fry salted fish and dried shrimp.
- Pound the pepper, salted fish, dried shrimp and onions (all pounded coarse) and mix well.
- Fried anchovies.
- All materials and sauce were spread on porridge in the bowl.
- Ready to serve.
Bahan-bahan
1 cawan beras1 biji telur masin
1 potong ikan masin (lebih kurang 3 inci)
1 sudu besar lada hitam dikisar kasar
2 sudu besar udang kering
1 ulas bawang besar
4 jalur kacang panjang – dipotong kecil
100 gm ikan bilis
Air
Sambal
2 ulas bawang putih dikisar
1 ulas bawang besar dikisar
10 cm halia dikisar
10 tangkai cili kering dikisar
Garam
Gula
Asam keping
Minyak zaiton
Langkah-langkah
Bubur nasi
- Beras dibasuh dan dimasak dengan nisbah 1:4. (Beras:Air)
- Setelah mendidih dibiarkan beras mengembang dan tiada butir-butir nasi.
- Panaskan kuali dan tuangkan minyak zaitun.
- Tumiskan bahan dikisar sehingga naik bau.
- Masukkan garam, gula dan sedikit air. Kacau sehingga sebati.
- Biarkan campuran menjadi garing. Siap untuk dihidang.
- Rebus telor masin. Belah 4.
- Potong kacang panjang kecil-kecil
- Ikan masin & udang kering digoreng.
- Tumbuk lada hitam, ikan masin, udang kering & bawang besar (semua tumbuk kasar) dan gaul.
- Goreng ikan bilis.
- Semua bahan ditaburkan ke atas bubur nasi yang dimasukkan dalam mangkuk.
- Siap untuk dihidang.
