Jemput-Jemput Bilis-Oats
Bahan-bahan
250 gm tepong gandum
1 ulas bawang besar dipotong dadu
1 biji kentang dipotong dadu
1 biji telor
¼ sudu kecil baking powder
50 gm ikan bilis yang siap dikopek
50 gm ikan bilis yang siap dikopek
100 gm oats (diguna untuk merangupkan – optional)
Garam
Gula
Air
Minyak untuk mengoreng
Langkah-langkah
1. Gaul kentang, bawang, tepung gandum, garam, gula, telor, baking powder dengan sedikit air.
2. Selepas sebati masukkan oats dan ikan bilis, gaul sehingga adunan menjadi sebati.
3. Panaskan minyak untuk mengoreng.
4. Gunakan sudu untuk menceduk adunan untuk digoreng.
5. Setelah agak garing angkat dan sedia untuk dihidang bersama sos cilia tau apa-apa sos yang disukai. (Sambal kicap juga boleh dijadikan pencicah).
Oats-anchovies Nugget
Ingredients
250 gm of wheat flour
1 large onion, diced
1 potato diced
1 egg
¼ teaspoon baking powder
50 gm peeled anchovies
100 grams of oats (used to crispiness - optional)
Salt
Sugar
Water
Oil for frying
Methods
1. Mix potatoes, onion, flour, salt, sugar, eggs and baking powder with water.
2. After the mixture well mixed, add oats and anchovies, mix until mixture is smooth.
3. Heat oil for frying.
4. Use a spoon to scoop batter for frying.
5. After a bit crisp, toss it and serve with the chili sauce or any preferred sauce. (Chili mixed with soya sauce can be used for dipping).
