UDANG GORENG KUNYIT / TURMERIC FRIED PRAWN


Udang Goreng Kunyit

Bahan-bahan

300 gm udang sederhana
1 sudu besar serbuk kunyit *
1 sudu besar serbuk cili kasar *
½ sudu serbuk lada hitam *
           * - bahan untuk memerap
1 sudu besar bawang kisar
1 dudu teh bawang putih kisar
1 sudu teh halia kisar
½ capsicum hijau – dipotong
2 biji kentang dipotong nipis
3 batang jagung muda
Garam
Gula
Minyak zaitun

Langkah-langkah

1.       Udang diperap dengan bahan perapan selama 30 minit
2.       Kentang yang dipotong nipis di goreng sehingga sedikit garing.
3.       Ketepikan kentang dan goreng udang yang diperap sehingga kekuningan.
4.       Ketepikan udang, tumiskan bahan dikisar sehingga naik bau.
5.       Masukan capsicum dan jagung muda, kacau sehingga sebati.
6.       Setelah agak layu, masukkan kentang dan udang.
7.       Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.  Gaulkan sehingga sebati.
8.       Siap untuk dihidang.


 Turmeric Fried Prawn

Ingredients

300 gm medium prawn
1 tablespoon turmeric powder *
1 tablespoon chili powder gross *
½ teaspoon ground black pepper *
            * - Ingredients for marinating
1 tablespoon blended onion
1 teaspoon blended garlic
1 teaspoon blended ginger
½ green capsicum - cut
2 potatoes cut thin 
3 stalks of young corn
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil

Methods 
    1.        Marinated shrimp with marinade ingredients for 30 minutes
    2.        Fried thin cut potatoes until slightly crisp.
    3.        Set aside potatoes and fried marinated shrimp until golden brown.
    4.        Set aside the prawns, sauté blended ingredients until fragrant.
    5.        Put capsicum and baby corn, stir until all well mixed.
    6.        After a bit wilted, add the potatoes and shrimp.  Mix all well.
    7.        Add salt and sugar to taste. Mix until blended.
    8.        Ready to serve.
